Nick Thomas is Practice Leader for Digital Media at Ovum, with a focus on the evolution of digital content and services worldwide. He covers the evolving digital media landscape as companies seek to monetize their content across multiple platforms and devices. Nick is a frequent speaker and chair at international conferences, as well as a regular press commentator.
Nick joined Informa in July 2011 as Principal Analyst for TV and Digital Media. Prior to that, he was a Senior Analyst at Forrester Research, focusing on media and content issues for clients globally. Nick joined Forrester through the 2008 acquisition of Jupiter Research, where he led the company’s European media coverage. He previously spent nearly 20 years as a journalist, editor, and executive for a range of media companies, including Associated Press Television News and the UK Press Association.
Nick holds a master’s degree in Film and an honors degree in English from the University of East Anglia.
